On
April 4, 2005 First National Bank of Ada & Trust Company became
Vision Bank, NA. Many of our customers and friends have questions.
We want to provide you the answers. |

Why are you changing your name? |
| A:
As our bank has grown from one location in Ada to locations
in Prague and Meeker, it seems only fitting that we have a name
that has no limits. Vision Bank reflects our commitment to your
dreams – no matter where you are. |
| Q:
What about ownership of the bank? |
| A:
Vision Bank is owned by the same investors who operated First National
Bank of Ada. Unlike other banks who change their name to reflect
new ownership, you will find the same people “in charge”
at the new Vision Bank. And you will find the same friendly people
– from tellers to loan officers ready to help you as always. |
| Q:
Will I need new checks? |
| A:
Your First National Bank of Ada checks will continue to
be honored at merchants everywhere, along with your debit card,
credit cards and other banking instruments. As you run out of checks
or your cards expire, they will be replaced with the Vision Bank
logo. |

So what really will change? |

A: Only the name. We have the same staff that you’ve
known for years. We have the same leadership making financial decisions
at our bank. And we have the same ownership. In fact, the only thing
that has changed is the name. |
